Worcester Public School buses got stuck in snow on the way to school Wednesday after large snowstorm.
Several Worcester Public School buses became on the way to school Wednesday as the region continues to dig out from a major snow storm.
In a video posted on Wednesday by Spectrum News 1 Worcester, a Worcester Public School bus can be seen being towed from a large snowbank, as students are seen walking away from the bus.
“We are aware that several buses became stuck this morning during the morning commute as a result of residual snow debris in the streets,” said Worcester School District in a statement.
The stuck buses come days after the city received 16.3 to 25.2 inches of snow.
“Student safety is our top priority, and WPS is working closely with our transportation department and the City of Worcester to address impacted routes,” the district said.
