Things to Do
Swingers Back Bay is slated to open Feb. 27.

Mini golf is coming to Boylston Street — with cocktails, arcade games, and Detroit-style pizza in tow. Swingers, a global “crazy golf” brand, is set to open near Copley Square next month, marking the latest sign of a slow but steady rebound along the iconic Back Bay stretch.
The venue blends indoor mini golf with arcade-style games, craft cocktails, and a full food menu anchored by Emmy Squared Pizza.
“Opening in Boston marks an exciting new chapter for Swingers,” said Jeremy Simmonds, co-founder and CEO of Swingers, in a release. “The city’s vibrant energy and love of great food, drink and entertainment make it the perfect home for our unique blend of competitive fun and premium hospitality.”

What is Swingers?
Founded in London, Swingers bills itself as “competitive socializing” — reimagining the classic nine-hole mini golf experience to an urban, adult audience. The concept pairs mini golf with cocktails, music, and street food. In addition to its U.K. roots, Swingers has locations in New York, Washington D.C., Las Vegas, and Dubai.

Food and drink
Emmy Squared Pizza will serve as the official food partner for Swingers Back Bay, marking the Brooklyn-founded brand’s first Massachusetts location.
Best known for its Detroit-style pizzas with a signature frico-crusted edge, Emmy Squared has built a following for its pies, award-winning burgers, and comfort food menu.
Swingers Back Bay will also feature a full craft cocktail program, including a lineup of Boston-inspired drinks designed for the new location.

Entertainment
At the heart of the venue is a nine-hole indoor mini golf course, designed with bold colors, themed obstacles, and an energetic, nightlife-driven atmosphere. The setup is intentionally playful and competitive, encouraging groups to linger rather than rush through a round.
Unlike traditional mini golf courses, the experience is geared toward adults, with music, lounge-style seating, and bar access woven throughout the space.
Swingers Boston will also offer arcade-style games, with a layout meant to keep guests circulating between games, drinks, and dining.
